Firebase Setup Required

This app stores data on Firebase (free) so patients and staff can access it from different devices. Setup takes about 10 minutes.

Step 1: Go to console.firebase.google.com → Create a new project.

Step 2: In project → Firestore Database → Create database → Start in test mode → select a region close to India.

Step 3: Project Settings → Your apps → Add web app → Copy the firebaseConfig values.

Step 4: Open this HTML file in a text editor → find FIREBASE_CONFIG → replace the placeholder values with yours.

Step 5: Go to app.netlify.com/drop → drag and drop this HTML file → share the link with your coordinator and patients.

Default PINs (change in Firestore settings doc after setup):
Coordinator: 1234 · Doctor: 5678 · Dept Head: 9012

To change a PIN: In Firebase Console → Firestore → settings collection → app document → edit coordinatorPin / doctorPin / deptPin fields.
